If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return it back to us within 30 days of receiving it. We offer exchanges and store credits subject to the following conditions:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We ask that you cover the cost of your return unless items are faulty. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Please contact our Customer Care team firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and images of the fault and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
Gift Cards may not be returned.
Sale items or items purchased during a flash sale/promotional event are only eligible for a store credit or exchange.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Processing time for returns
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If the return was approved you will be given a store credit or a replacement garment.
